- Certified MEEHANITE castings are adopted on main components, offering close grain composition, high tensile strength, as well as long-term wear resistance.
- All 3 axes square slideways are flame hardened and precision ground.
- All mating surfaces of guide ways are precision scraped and coated with TURCITE-B and antifriction lining material.
- Z-axis counterweight ensures smooth movement during rapid feed.
- High precision ball screws on all three axes with direct driving from axis servo motors to eliminate backlash.
